"Leaders are too demanding with output. Always shouts and doesn't care about the reasons given to them. Sometimes we have forced overtime especially in other fab where personnels who didn't meet the quota will be given extra 2 hours OT. Imagine you already worked for 10 hours and all you want is to rest but you will have forced OT. During night shift there are so many personnel that are given overtime even if there is nothing to do. There is no company paid tours."

"Working in the production is noisy places because all the machines are running. In the production i can see different types of people their is normal and abnormal i mean normal and abnormal because we're different of attitude and upbringing.I can see other people laughing and talking while in the working time and shouting the name when they call a name of a person.Then very stressful in my whole days of work because you see other people are not not so serious of their work and lazy while me busy doing hardly to finish on time not to be scolded by my leader.Thats my life everyday in the production the same thing again theres no ending breakfast, lunch, and dinner but you have to swipe your I.Dlack of benefits, lack of working time, lack of skills development, lack of proper working schedule, lack of time when you go to comfort room when you are in diarhea, sometimes the food is not good, lack of sports activities, lack of entertainment during breaktime, lack of rest area, lack of company trip"
